Game Summary:

RelationShip is a platformer that tells a cute story about an alien. The layouts are unique and the art styles are diverse! The main goal is to shoot and avoid enemies to collect parts to return home.

Game Story:

A couple had plans to go sightseeing across the galaxy together. Shortly into their journey an accident happened, causing the two to be separated from one another. 

Our protagonist, Xavi the Alien, has to make their way across the system to reunite with their partner, Milo the human.

To do so, Xavi must collect spare ship parts along the way to repair their crashed vessel to make the trip back to Earth.

Inspiration:

We were inspired by.... a love for starry, celestial, and space themes! The level design in Shantae and the Pirate's Curse! The game layout and features from a cherished childhood game! An appreciation for games that feel mysterious!
