Game Summary:

Our game is about a shapeshifter named Nami who hides their identity, but then gets kidnapped by someone with five arms, Varms, which gets their name from V the roman numeral for 5. Their friend, Isa, now must find them by going through a series of obstacles to save their friend.

Game Controls:

Use arrows to move

Use spacebar to shoot

Use mouse to solve codes

Use spacebar or click with mouse to press next for cut scenes

Game Story:

Friend(Main Character): The friend will have a name later. The friend is a brave and nice person. They have a strong belief that non-humans should be treated with equal respect as humans and give them a chance.

Shapeshifter(Goal): The shapeshifter will have a name later. The shapeshifter wants to just live their happily with their friend. But, as time continues and they use a lot of their powers to shape shift into a human, they are slowing dying and getting more weak.

Varms(Enemy): Despises shapeshifter because they're jealous of the shapeshifter's powers and wants them for themselves. Varms was a scientist who did many experiments and as a result of one experiment, he got stuck 5 arms which explains his name.

Inspiration:

Wanting an escape room sort of feel, but also with magical people. Omori and Undertale.
